We often hear that some of the real heroes during Covid were the workers stocking the shelves at our grocery stores. This week we hosted Kim Christie, the Store Manager from Harris Teeter, Newport News, to hear the first-hand account. Kim gave us some insight into the challenges of running a store during and post-COVID, gracefully navigating supply chain issues and labor shortages. Kim is a leader who is an excellent example to her staff for serving her customers. Thank you for sharing your story, Kim!
