On Tuesday, August 23, 2016, the Rotary Club of Newport News and Larry Boyles hosted Carrie Chi, Human Resource Director for Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc., an independent outpatient physical therapy practice with 35 clinics and 360 employees throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond. The corporate office for Tidewater Physical Therapy is located in Newport News.
Carrie shared insights regarding attracting, recruiting and retaining “millennials” in the workplace. She also gave us some “fair warning” about “Generation Z” workers, how they perceive the world and how to best work with them. There were plenty of passionate questions and comments from the mixed-generation audience
