On Tuesday, August 22, 2017, Ken Bingman hosted Conrad Lickel, the new General Manager of the James River County Club. Conrad most recently comes from the Lancaster, PA area, and has been here in Newport News for just 8 weeks. He shared information about new “plans” for the JRCC in the coming months and years.
